At I Love Linen, we want you to be completely enamored with your new bedding and home essentials. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your linen items and place them back in their original fabric pouches and shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
